Besides developing Schemes of Work based on how food has changed throughout history, focusing on Topics such as Anglo Saxons, Victorians, Elizabethans, Tudors, Castle Food, Romans and Ancient Greeks. We have more recently created our popular ‘Feast Days’ for themed events for schools with titles such as Egyptians, Anglo Saxons, WWII, Navvies and Transport, Victorians, The Titanic Breakfast and Africa. Children have learnt new skills whilst preparing the food of that era and then dressed up in costume to join in a celebratory feast!
